Stop running defense. Stop running last year’s plays. Stop defending against new ideas, seeing them as threats.
Start listening to new game play ideas. Right after each play stop and huddle with others and talk about what could have been improved. Don’t expect that the same plays today will work tomorrow. Try new things, and, try old things that might work again.
